About Me
From a young age I have had a love for all things gaming. The original PlayStation was my first console which provided escapism and an opportunity to challenge my problem-solving abilities. Games such as Spyro, Crash Bandicoot and Gran Turismo shaped my early gaming life and it was these fond memories which encouraged my decision to study Computer Game Development at degree level. I became educated in the software behind the games I enjoyed playing so much as a child. My time as an undergraduate student deepened my passion for Game Development and I graduated with a First Class Honours in 2022.
Outside of gaming I love sport, primarily football which as a child and teenager I practiced daily to improve my technique and studied the game to develop my understanding of tactics and positions. By my late teens I reached the level of semi-professionally which I played from the age of 17 to 19. Since then, I have belonged to a 5-aside team and still enjoy being active. I love to travel and have visited 12 cities across 11 European countries whilst interrailing. My favorite city of that trip was Florence as you can quite easily get lost in the city's beautiful architecture and bustling atmosphere.
